Dr. Tarun Agarwal, DDS, PA
Dr. Agarwal is highly respected in the field of aesthetic and restorative dentistry. He has completed extensive training at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental studies in Las Vegas, NV and the Nash Institute in Charlotte, NC. He has consulted with numerous dental manufacturers on product development and review. Dr. Agarwal has been featured on ABC, NBC, and CBS news and several magazines for his use of technology, philanthropic events, and aesthetic dentistry. Dr. Lee Ann Brady, DMD
Dr. Lee Ann Brady is a privately practicing dentist and nationally recognized educator and writer. Her practice experience has been rich and varied. She has worked in a variety of practice models from small fee-for-service offices to large insurance-dependent practices, as an associate and as a practice owner.
From 2005 to 2008 Dr. Brady held the positions of Resident Faculty and Clinical Director for The Pankey Institute. In 2008 she moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to join Dr. Frank Spear in the formation of Spear Education and the expansion of his curriculum. She served as Executive VP
of Clinical Education until June 2011. As Director of Education and President of Lee Ann Brady LLC, she launched her website www.leeannbrady.com offering clinical and practice content daily as well as innovative online and live education programs.
Dr. Todd Ehrlich, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Ehrlich graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School and is a certified CEREC Trainer through the International Society for Computerized Dentistry, Sirona Dental Systems, and Patterson Dental. His “Cerecology” training program is considered one of the premiere training programs for the CEREC method. He is a beta tester for CEREC and EagleSoft Practice management software and has lectured internationally on dental CAD/CAM technologies. Dr. Dennis Fasbinder, DDS,
MAGD, ABGD
Dr. Fasbinder is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Cardiology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics and the Director of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He also maintains a part-time private practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He directs the Computerized Dentistry Unit at the University of Michigan, dedicated to research and education on the CAD/CAM dentistry. His research endeavors have been in the area of laboratory and clinical evaluation, and the development of esthetic materials and techniques, specifically in the area of CAD/CAM dental technology.
Dr. Russell Giordano, DMD DMSc, FADM, Cert. Pros.
Dr. Giordano is Associate Professor and Director of Biomaterials Department of Restorative Dentistry at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He received his DMD from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and specialty training in prosthodontics at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He also performed research at the Ceramics Processing Research Laboratory at MIT, leading to a DMSc degree and a Certificate in Prosthodontics. He currently serves on the editorial board of the Massachusetts Dental Society, Journal of Dentistry and Journal of Biomedical Materials.

Mr. Imtiaz Manji is widely considered the greatest minds in dentistry today. Following the sale of Mercer in 2008, Mr. Manji turned his full attention to making the Scottsdale Center the world leader in clinical education.
Today Scottsdale Center is home to Spear Education, where Dr. Frank Spear and a first-rate faculty have helped complete Mr. Manji’s dream, and to The Winter Laboratory, where Dr. Robert Winter a team of master ceramists have redefined the dentist-technician relationship and set new standards for quality and communication.
Dr. Sam Puri, DDS
Dr. Puri, a graduate of the University of Southern California, is the Director of CAD/CAM at the world famous Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, where he conducts hands on CEREC training courses and seminars for clinicians from all over the world. He is cofounder of the website CERECdoctors.com – the largest online resource for CEREC owners in the world. In addition to training thousands of clinicians through his website and courses, Dr. Puri is heavily involved in the beta testing of the CEREC software and hardware and is one of the few alpha testers of the CEREC software. Dr. Mike Skramstad, DDS
Dr. Skramstad is a 2000 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He is a basic and advanced trainer for Patterson Dental and has lectured nationally on the CEREC restorative process. Skramstad is a CEREC Beta tester for Sirona Dental Systems and a product consultant for multiple dental companies. He currently is faculty in the CAD/CAM Department at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry and CERECdoctors.com.
